Technical Account Manager

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager position for our New York or Boston office. We seek dynamic individuals who are interested in a technical account management position and have prior hands on experience in a customer facing role.

Position description:
Serve as a main point of contact for customers, manage customer relationships and on site activities such as:

  • Pre-sale - Product demonstrations, lead POC projects, etc.
  • Post-sale - Product deployment and integration (hands-on), support (hands-on) , customer Training, etc.
  • Account  Management - Maintain client satisfaction, and creating new value.
  • Collaborate with sales on overall account strategy
  • Participate in internal company development activities such as requirements gathering and acceptance testing of new releases.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing, account management or project management role - a must
  • At least 3 years of experience in designing or developing enterprise solutions over J2EE or Microsoft platforms
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
